Our culinary philosophy is quite simple; create meals that are simple, fresh and clean and that represent the flavors of Mexico.

The inspired local cuisine of Dos Higueras is carefully prepared to surprise and delight the palate, while adding to your sense of well-being. Dos Higueras will feature full restaurant services specializing in hearty Mexican fare and fresh local seafood. A staple of Boca de Iguanas is the made to order breakfast, complimentary lunch served family style and a daily one hour, evening happy hour; all free of charge to hotel guests.

Dinner will be offered at an additional cost, and the restaurant will be open to the public for dinner. Fresh fruit, juice and smoothies, and coffee/tea will be delivered to each hotel guest in the morning free of charge. Although juice is included in breakfast, beverages (alcoholic and non) are available at an additional cost.
